Openings provides scheduling tools, booking pages, and a dashboard for running appointments and availability. By accessing or using Openings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use Openings

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If you use Openings on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your login details secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Openings for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, its security, or other users.
• Attempt to access data or systems you do not have permission to use.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Booking and customer data

Openings helps you collect booking details from your customers and manage schedules. You are responsible for how you use customer information and for complying with any local laws, notices, or consent requirements that apply to your business.

SMS messaging terms

If you opt in to receive appointment-related text messages from Openings, you agree that we may send you confirmations, reminders, and schedule updates by SMS. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you add to Openings (such as service descriptions, images, and business information). You grant Openings a license to host, store, and display this content solely to operate and improve the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Openings available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

Third-party services

Openings may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using Openings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated or if required to protect users, the service, or the public.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Openings means you accept the updated terms.
