How much does Openings cost?

Openings is free for solo users. Team and multi-location plans are available — see our pricing page for details.

Can clients cancel or reschedule appointments?

Yes. You control your cancellation policy from the dashboard. Clients can cancel or reschedule according to the rules you set.

How do I add team members?

Go to Settings → Team in the dashboard. Invite members by email and assign them to schedules.

Does Openings send SMS reminders?

Yes. Openings can send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS. Clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Can I use Openings as my website?

Absolutely. Choose from built-in templates to publish a professional booking site under your own custom domain.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can export your appointment and client data from the dashboard. To delete your account, contact support.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can connect a custom domain to your Openings booking site from the dashboard under Settings. We handle the SSL certificate automatically.

How do I embed booking on my existing website?

Copy the embed code from your dashboard and paste it into your site. The booking widget works on any website — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or plain HTML.

Does Openings handle payments?

Yes. You can accept deposits or full payments at booking time through Stripe. You can also accept contactless payments in person using Tap to Pay.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Absolutely. Create separate schedules for each location, each with its own address, hours, and services. Clients pick their preferred location when booking.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The Openings mobile app lets you manage appointments, view your schedule, and receive notifications on the go. Available for iOS and Android.

How do appointment notifications work?

Both you and your clients receive notifications for new bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes. You can configure notification preferences in the dashboard.
